CANCELLATION POLICY
If the cancellation occurs before 2 days of the arrival date (5 days in the case of July and August), the hotel will not make any charge.
If the cancellation occurs within 2 days prior to arrival (5 days in the case of July and August), the amount of the first night will be charged as expenses, an amount that will be charged to the card provided by the client at the time of booking, the client giving us the power to make said charge.
In case of no-show at the hotel, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the same card.
Cancellation penalty
- Cancelling booking from 2025-07-30T00:00 at 00:00 will have a penalty of 114
Booking conditions
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
- The first night of your stay will be charged in advance to your card 5 days before your arrival. (JULY AND AUGUST)
- The first night of your stay will be charged in advance to your card 2 days before your arrival. (THE REST OF THE YEAR)
If you want to contract the pension directly at the establishment (for those reservations that have been confirmed in Accommodation Only) the client must contact the hotel at least one day in advance.
Breakfast schedule: (From 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. - buffet pick-up time -)
Check In Time: (From 3:00 p.m.)
Check Out Time: (Until 12:00 p.m.)
